Start a return

It’s important to us that your order is everything you hoped for! If something is damaged or doesn’t fit, we would love to help you with processing a return or exchange.

We ask that you please look over your order as soon as you get it to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. If you received a damaged item, we ask that you notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

Please see our requirements and procedures below:

Refunds- We offer full returns to the original form of payment within 30 days. We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100 and FREE RETURNS if needed on all purchases that are over $100.

Size Exchanges- Once your return is received in our warehouse, we will process and ship your size exchange at no additional cost! Please indicate the size exchange you would like on the packing slip. **Please note: Your size is not held until the exchange process is complete. You will be refunded for any sizes that cannot be exchanged.

Sale Items- All sale items are FINAL SALE. Any final sale items sent back will be marked return to sender and are subject to additional shipping costs.

The Following Items DO NOT Qualify For a Return of Any Kind:

    • Sale items
    • Doorbusters
    • Intimates
    • Swimsuits
    • Jewelry
    • Bath and body products
    • Pillows may only be returned within 48 hours.
    Sending Back Returns or Exchanges:

    1.) Is your package lost or damaged? Please access your route protection notification to report a problem with your package. This notification may have been sent to your email or phone depending on the option you selected.

    2.) Need to make a return or exchange an item? Return your package within 30 days for a full refund, or note the size needed for exchange on your packing slip. Use the enclosed return label and send the item back to My Sister’s Cottage. Once we have received the item, we will issue a refund or exchange.

    Additional Notes: 

    • The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of all returned items. Find your Route notification to access your package protection. Route protection protects all lost, stolen, damaged packages.
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • All returned items must be unworn and unwashed, and must have the original tags still intact. Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair, or any other stains/elements. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted, and the items will be returned to you and will be subject to additional shipping costs.
    • Shoes must be returned with their original box inside another box to protect them from damage. Please don't place the shipping label directly on the shoe box or tape it shut.

    Processing Time For Returns:

    • Please allow 5-10 business days for processing once received in our warehouse. Once processed, you will receive an email.

    **We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items do not meet the criteria above.
