What is the best way to reach you?

Find us at the beach, girlfriend! JK! (but really, we love the beach, can you tell?)

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on weight within 3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. From here, your order will typically arrive within 2-5 days.

Can I make a change to or cancel my order, once it has been placed?

While we are unable to cancel orders, we will do our best to accommodate a change to your order! Once your order reaches our shipping team, we will not be able to make any changes. We do our best to ship your order to you as fast as possible, so please message us or email immediately with any change requests!

What if one of the items I received is damaged?

All defects and issues must be brought to our attention via email within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your order # and a picture of the defective area. Once an item has been worn or washed, we are unable to refund or replace, due to the number of circumstances that are out of our control. 

How do I exchange an item?

We want you to love your purchase with us. If you are not completely satisfied please fill out a return form and let us know you would like to exchange an item. We will try to hold the new item for you so that it does not get sold out. All exchanges must be processed within 30 days of purchase. If your original order was over $100 we will be happy to send you a return label free of charge and send you the corrected item with free shipping, too. If your original purchase was not over $100 please send the item back at your shipping expense and we will be happy to mail you the new item with free shipping. 

When we receive your return, we will refund your credit card or do a store credit (whichever you prefer) if there is a difference from your original purchase.

If I used a discount code, can I still return an item?

If you used a discount code on a full priced item, you are more than welcome to return the item for in-store credit of the purchase price. Any item purchased under the SALE section of our website is a FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for return. Jewelry, sunglasses, and hats are also FINAL SALE.

How do I use my store credit?

Once you select the Check Out button, you will have the option to select your "store credit" as a payment option.

Where do I enter a discount code or gift card?

During checkout, near the order total, you will have to option to enter your discount code. Once entered, just tap the apply button to activate your discount code. Please note only one discount code will work per check out. 

I forgot to enter the discount code at checkout. Can I be refunded for the discount?

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to refund you for the amount of the discount.

I purchased an item yesterday that is on sale today! What is your price adjustment policy?

While we love it when our customers snag a great deal, we are unable to refund the price difference if an item goes on sale after a purchase. 

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout, once your shipping address has been entered.
