We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $100.

For other orders:

• Economy Shipping: $8.95
• Standard Shipping: $12.95
• Express Shipping: $24.95

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days via USPS or UPS depending on package weight.

FREE local pickup is available at:

• Wilmington, NC
• Charleston, SC

Artwork, furniture, lamps, and select home goods are pickup-only and cannot be shipped.

If an item is out of stock, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Tracking information will be emailed once the order ships.

Please note: Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, My Sister’s Cottage is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

Returns

Returns must be requested and postmarked within 30 days of purchase.

To qualify:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• New condition
• Original tags attached

Items with any of the following are not eligible for return:

• Wear
• Odors
• Pet hair
• Damage

Customers may receive:

• Refund to original payment method
• Exchange
• Store credit

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• Item arrived damaged
• Item was defective
• Wrong item was shipped

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

The following are not eligible for return:

• Artwork
• Furniture
• Lamps
• Sale merchandise
• Clearance merchandise
• Doorbusters
• Swimwear with liner removed
• Jewelry
• Hair accessories
• Bath & body products

Pillows may only be returned within 48 hours of purchase with tags attached.

Returns outside the 30-day window will be declined.

Damaged Orders

Customers must contact MSC within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Item photos
• Packaging photos
• Shipping box photos

Approved claims may receive one of the following, at MSC’s discretion:

• Replacement
• Refund
• Prepaid return label
