Refund policy
Returns
Returns must be requested and postmarked within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be in new condition with tags still attached and no signs of wear, including odors, pet hair, or damage. Eligible returns can be processed for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Free returns are available on purchases over $100. Once your return request is accepted, you will receive a return label to complete the process.
Some items are not eligible for return, including artwork, furniture, and lamps, as they are final sale items. Pillows are only eligible for return within 48 hours if the tags are still attached. Additionally, the following items are considered final sale and are not returnable: sale or clearance items, doorbusters, swimwear if the sanitary liner has been removed, jewelry, hair accessories, and bath and body products.
All returns must be dropped off at the post office within the 30-day return window. If the return request falls outside of this policy, it will be declined
If your product arrives damaged, you must submit photos of the item both inside and outside of the packaging it was shipped in, along with a description of the damage. These must be submitted within 48 hours to receive a refund or replacement.
Sale Items- All sale items are FINAL SALE. Any final sale items sent back will be marked return to sender and are subject to additional shipping costs.
The Following Items DO NOT Qualify For a Return of Any Kind:
- Sale items - red line, blue dot, blue final sale or last chance.
- Doorbusters
- Intimates
- Swimwear
- Jewelry
- Candles
- Stuffed animals
- Bath and body products
- Hair accessories
- Pillows may only be returned within 48 hours
- Furniture
- Artwork
Additional Notes:
- Find your Route notification to access your package protection. Route protection protects all lost, stolen, damaged packages.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- All returned items must be unworn and unwashed, and must have the original tags still intact. Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair, or any other stains/elements. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted, and the items will be returned to you and will be subject to additional shipping costs.
- Shoes must be returned with their original box inside another box to protect them from damage. Please don't place the shipping label directly on the shoe box or tape it shut.
Processing Time For Returns:
- Please allow 5-10 business days for processing once received in our warehouse. Once processed, you will receive an email.
**We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items do not meet the criteria above.
